Feature story for the 2020 Daily Orange Lacrosse Guide, which was published in February of 2020. I spoke to more than 10 sources to trace the history of Syracuse men's lacrosse's revered No. 22 jersey.

For our PR capstone class, we had the New York State Department of State's Office of Planning, Development & Community Infrastructure as a client. The organization is tasked with handling the state's response to climate change and building resiliency. It faced a lack of public awareness and overall funding, which we attempted to fix through communications solutions. This was our final book of proposals, which includes goals, objectives, strategies, tactics and more.

My favorite story I've ever worked on. This was in the middle of the 2019 Syracuse women's soccer season. Proulx was open and honest about her tough mental and physical climb back to starting in goal for the team after a hip injury.
Westlake’s Charlie Dawson hopes to kick into state cross-country meet

A feature I wrote during the Texas high school cross country season in the fall of 2020. Despite not knowing much about running going into the piece, I was able to get good explanations from Dawson and my other sources of their training regiments, which added good detail to the piece.
'Coach' Cade Mankle helping Westlake boys basketball even while sidelined by injury

An audible from a regular game story because Westlake was blowing out Austin High. I saw Mankle being active on the sideline and pursued a piece on his impact to the team while injured. I collected color for the story during the game by observing Mankle on the sideline and my post-game interviews centered around asking about Mankle.

This was a training video I put together for the ALD tool at the J.J. Pickle Research Campus' Microelectronics Research Center. I was employed by the University of Texas as a freelance video contractor for the project.
Rosamond Gifford Zoo Hosts Endangered Species Day Focusing on Australia

As part of a class project, we had to report on a news story in the Syracuse-area. I found a fun story at the local Rosamond Gifford Zoo, which played the part of a great host and showed me around and gave me everything I needed to put together a short package about their efforts to raise awareness for endangered species.
